TEAM TRAINING - 10 weeks of Team Instruction
 
  • First 5 weeks - conditioning, speed & agility, plyometric exercises, and water resistance training
  • Second 5 weeks - hitting instruction, pitching instruction, and position specific training
OPTION 1 - One time a week for 10 weeks = $1,200
OPTION 2 - Two times a week for 10 weeks = $2,000
