HIGH SCHOOL WINTER WORK-OUTS
Come get an edge on the competition...
Each work-out session is 90 minutes covering hitting, pitching, defense (all positons), throwing, speed, agility, and conditioning.
Program lasts 12 weeks beginning in November through January and held Saturday and Sundays (except week of Christmas and New Year's, which will be held Wednesday and Thursday).  Scheduling options and dates are as follows:

  •  1 visit per week = $150 (total of 12 work-outs)
  • 2 visits per week = $250 (total of 24 work-outs)

Dates: 11/5 and 11/6, 11/12 and 11/13, 11/19 and 11/20, 11/26 and 11/27, 12/3 and 12/4, 12/10 and 12/11, 12/17 and 12/18, 12/21 and 12/22, 12/28 and 12/29, 1/7 and 1/8, 1/14 and 1/15, 1/21 and 1/22
 
18 and Under Jack City Angels Looking for Players
  Jack City Angels are looking for players to fill the rosters.  Although all positions will be considered, we are particularly looking for a catcher and outfielder.  Please email Coach Shawn if interested.
